Back then, Rella was built around a simple promise: for every lipstick sold, we would give one to a woman somewhere in the world who deserved to feel just as radiant.
It wasn’t about changing faces. It was about lifting hearts.
As the years passed, my understanding of beauty deepened. I realized that what I loved most wasn’t the products themselves, but the stories they sparked. The confidence they inspired. The idea that beauty is not about masking who we are-it’s about honoring it. Somewhere along that path, I knew Rella had to evolve too.
That’s why today, Rella Beauty has grown into something more personal and lasting. This is no longer a place to shop. Saira Mello – founder and the heart behind Rella Beauty.
Rella Beauty was born from a simple, personal belief: that beauty could be an act of kindness, both toward ourselves and toward others. In the early days, it lived as a socially conscious brand a place where for every lipstick purchased, another was gifted to a woman in need. I didn’t create Rella because I wanted to sell something. I created it because I wanted to share something: the quiet power that a small ritual of care can offer a swipe of color, a moment of confidence, a reason to feel seen.
But as I grew, and the world changed, so did my understanding of beauty. I realized what moved me most wasn’t the product itself it was the feeling behind it. It was the reflection in the mirror that said you are enough, even on the hardest days. It was the realization that self-care is not selfish, that small rituals can rebuild self-worth in ways no quick-fix ever could.
Today, Rella Beauty has evolved into a space of learning, reflection, and reconnection an informative blog built on the same foundation of care, but shaped by deeper questions.
