There’s a story behind each one of our shade names. Every name is inspired by a special woman in Raisa’s life. The words we chose represent a strong, admirable part of each of these women’s characters. The names are not only an ode to who each one is as a person, but are closely linked to the relationship each one has with Raisa.

Two main things make Rella Beauty whole: great product & giving back. Rella Beauty follows a buy-one-give-one model which is at the core of who we are. For every unit purchased, we give the same product to a woman in need. She receives the same, high quality lipstick that you’re buying for yourself (or someone else!), not a lesser version.

We are so proud to work with incredible partners who will help get product in the hands of women who need it, who will appreciate and enjoy it. We already have four great relationships with Dignity not Despair, Project Glimmer, Dress for Success and Laura’s House.
