Shipping & Returns
RETURNS AND EXCHANGESAt this time, all Rella Beauty purchases are final sale. We aim to make sure we are only sending you the best quality product. To maintain our sanitary standards, we can’t accept returns since these are items used on the face.
However, we understand that sometimes things happen. Your item can be replaced if it’s damaged when it reached you. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if this is the case. This will require proof of damages and we’ll investigate when it was delivered to you. Just a reminder that this is for a replacement product, not a refund.
We do not offer refunds at this time.
SHIPPINGAt this time, we only offer shipping within the US, Canada, and Europe.
For Domestic (US & Canada) Orders:
All orders will be processed in 2-3 business days and shipped via USPS. Once it’s on its way, you’ll get an email notification. You should expect your new goodies within 5-7 business days.
For International Orders:
We currently offer international shipping in Europe. Please email our customer service team at email@example.com to place an order for delivery within Europe.
The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The buyer will pay relevant taxes & duties in addition to the purchase price of the goods.
DELAYS & LOST SHIPMENTSRella Beauty is not responsible for any delays in delivery or lost shipments. If something gets lost, we will do our best to track it down.
ORDER CANCELLATIONYou may only cancel your order via email up until the time that your order has been shipped. If the order has been processed and shipped, you cannot cancel.
Once an order has been placed, the shipping option cannot be modified.
Your order will be shipped to the delivery address you provided. Please make sure to provide all the details needed including apartment/suite/building number, and the company name if needed.
