DO YOU OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

At this time, all Rella Beauty purchases are final sale. We aim to make sure we are only sending you the best quality product. To maintain our sanitary standards, we can’t accept returns since these are items used on the face.

However, we understand that sometimes things happen. Your item can be replaced if it’s damaged when it reaches you. Please email us at hello@rellabeauty.com if this is the case. This will require proof of damages and we’ll investigate when it was delivered to you. Just a reminder that this is for a replacement product, not a refund.

We do not offer refunds at this time.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

At this time, we offer shipping within the US, Canada, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.

For Orders in US & Canada:
All orders will be processed in 1-3 business days and shipped via USPS. Once it’s on its way, you’ll get an email notification. You should expect your new goodies within 5-7 business days.

For International Orders:
Orders typically take 3-4 business days to process and leave our facility. Shipping times will vary from country to country.

WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS FEES?

Rella Beauty is not responsible for your country’s customs, duties, taxes, tariffs, value added tax (VAT), GST, PST.

Additional customs fees may apply for orders outside of the U.S. For more information on those fees please contact your postal office or local government. Rella Beauty is not responsible for the fees issued and we are unable to determine these fees prior to delivery. 

Rella Beauty is not responsible for any parcel(s) a customer refuses to pay customs fees for and will not refund any order which has been sent back to our facility due to unpaid customs fees. Rella Beauty is not held responsible for any fees issued by customs which have not been paid for by the customer. Shipping fees are not refundable for undeliverable or refused shipments. 

Please note that on rare occasions, your country’s customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages at their discretion. This can possibly delay delivery by 1-4 weeks. This is beyond our control.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE GETS LOST?

Rella Beauty is not responsible for any delays in delivery or lost shipments BUT if something gets lost, we will do our best to track it down.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You may only cancel your order via email up until the time that your order has been shipped. If the order has been processed and shipped, you cannot cancel.

Once an order has been placed, the shipping option cannot be modified.
Your order will be shipped to the delivery address you provided. Please make sure to provide all the details needed including apartment/suite/building number, and the company name if needed.
